Mashiko Pottery Mug

Mashiko ware mug.

This is a work by Abe Tomoya (Yohashagama), who creates slipware and traditional Mashiko glaze vessels using Mashiko raw materials.

It uses the warm earthen color and traditional glazes that are unique to Mashiko ware, and the crazing is very tasteful.
