📦Our Careful and Secure Packing Process

At Tokoro Bloom, every item is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely, no matter how far it travels.
We use appropriate cushioning materials and secure packing methods depending on the type of product.

Items with an Inner Box

For products that come with their own inner box:

  • The item is wrapped and cushioned so it does not move inside the inner box.
  • Additional cushioning materials are placed between the inner box and the outer shipping box.
  • This double-layer protection prevents any movement during transit and greatly reduces the risk of damage.

Items Without an Inner Box

For products that do not include an inner box:

  • Each item is carefully wrapped using decorative paper and air‑cushion sheets.
  • After wrapping, the item is placed in the shipping box with ample cushioning materials so it remains completely still during transport.
  • This ensures the product is protected from impact and vibration throughout its journey.

Fragile Handling

All packages are shipped with a “FRAGILE” label to alert carriers that the contents require special care.
While handling ultimately depends on the carrier, this label helps ensure more cautious treatment during delivery.
