At Tokoro Bloom, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below.

🕊️ Return & Exchange Period

Please contact us by email at info@tokoro-bloom.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

※ Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, incorrect order) are not accepted in principle.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g. damage, incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference and we exceptionally approve it, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

🚫 Cases Where Returns & Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • More than 8 days have passed since the item was received
  • The item has been used, or damaged/soiled while in the customer's care
  • Sale items, limited editions, or made-to-order items marked as non-returnable
  • Missing packaging, accessories, or tags

🌍 Returns & Refunds for International Orders

We do ship internationally, but special conditions apply to returns and refunds:

1. Returns Not Accepted in Principle

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
However, if the item has a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and respond individually.

2. Damage During Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please provide the following within 7 days:

  • Photo of the entire item
  • Close-up of the damaged area
  • Photo of the outer box and packaging (if visibly damaged)
  • Shipping label or tracking number

We will file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note: Compensation is subject to the carrier’s policies and may not cover the full amount.

3. Return Shipping, Duties & Fees

If a return is approved, all return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition and packaging as received.
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

💳 Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.
