Tokoro Bloom ships both domestically within Japan and internationally. Please review the following details regarding our shipping methods, fees, and important notes.

🏠 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

📦 Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic (Japan): Yamato Transport (Takkyubin)
  • International: Yamato Transport “International Takkyubin” (in partnership with UPS)

⏳ Estimated Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
  • For made-to-order items or depending on inventory status, dispatch may take longer.

🌍 Shipping Regions & Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents. The names and descriptions of shipping options are based on Shopify’s shipping profile settings.

📑 Important Shipping Notes

  • International orders include an invoice (packing slip).
  • Customs restrictions, delays, or additional fees may apply depending on your country.
  • All shipments are insured against damage or loss during transit.

🌐 Special Terms for International Shipping

While we ship worldwide, please review and agree to the following conditions before placing an international order:

1. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • All duties, import taxes (such as VAT and GST), customs clearance fees, etc. incurred when shipping overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For deliveries to the UK and EU, VAT (value-added tax) is not included in the product price.
  • For deliveries to countries where GST applies, GST is not included in the product price.
  • All VAT (Value Added Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) incurred at the time of import will be borne by the customer.
  • Items may be opened or inspected by customs authorities in accordance with local regulations. Tokoro Bloom is not liable for such actions.

2. Delays & Loss During Transit

  • International shipments may take longer due to weather, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.
  • In the event of loss or damage during transit, compensation will be handled within the scope of the carrier’s policy. Tokoro Bloom does not offer direct compensation for shipping incidents.

3. Limitations on Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders in principle.
    However, if the item has a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation individually.
  • Return shipping fees, customs duties, and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

  • Certain items may be prohibited or restricted from import depending on your country’s laws.
    Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
  • Tokoro Bloom is not responsible for customs refusal, confiscation, or other issues that arise after shipment.
