You can purchase our carefully selected Japanese crafts online.
On each product page, choose the quantity, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to “Checkout.”
2. Variations in Handmade Items
The natural individuality of handcrafted work
All items at Tokoro Bloom are made by skilled artisans, one piece at a time.
For this reason, slight variations in color, shape, pattern, or size may occur.
These are not defects but the quiet, unique expressions of handcraft—traces of the maker’s hands and spirit.

4. Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport and usually dispatch within 3 business days.
International orders are shipped via Yamato Transport International Courier (UPS partnership) or EMS, and typically take 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.

6. Packaging
At Tokoro Bloom, each item is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.
We select the most suitable materials and packing methods for each product, protecting it from movement and impact during transit.

7. Gift Wrapping
For select items, we offer gift wrapping using washi paper or mizuhiki.

Q: Can I order from outside Japan?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: Can I track my order when shipping internationally?
A: Yes. All international shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Q: What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
A: International shipments are covered by UPS or EMS insurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos. We will guide you through the insurance process and arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Depending on your country or region, customs duties or import taxes may apply. If they occur, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Q: Are the payment methods the same for international customers?
A: Yes. You can use credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, just as domestic customers do.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 5–14 business days. Delays may occur due to weather or customs processing.
Q: Is the packaging secure enough for international shipping?
A: Absolutely. We pack each item with great care, using materials and methods suitable for long-distance transport. Fragile items such as ceramics receive extra protection.
Q: Can I place an order even if I don’t understand Japanese?
A: Yes. Our product pages and checkout process are available in English. You may also contact us in English if you have any questions.
Q: Can multiple items be shipped together?
A: Items in the same order will be packed together whenever possible. If you would like to combine separate orders, please contact us as soon as possible after placing them.
Q: Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. Please contact us promptly. Once the package has been dispatched, changes may not be possible depending on the carrier’s policies.
