This gorgeous, auspicious small plate has been carefully crafted at Seikogama, a famous kiln in Ishikawa Prefecture that is known for its Kutani ware.
The "Kissho Lucky Small Plate Collection" features friendly designs based on auspicious motifs. Not only will they add color to your daily dining table, but they also make wonderful gifts.
This "Engi mono" (lucky charms) features many items meant to celebrate good things. Mt. Fuji, the crane and turtle, the plover, the Daruma doll, the treasure ship, the sea bream, the beckoning cat, the lion-dog, and the fan have all long been popular lucky motifs. Looking at the many colorful and cute lucky charms, you can't help but hope for many good things to come!
Small plates bring color and fun into your life, making it richer.
These convenient plates can be used as small or serving plates to serve snacks or side dishes, or as soy sauce or condiment dishes, creating a vibrant and colorful dining table.
The glazes developed exclusively by Seikogama Kiln create a beautiful finish with translucence and depth. Advanced transfer technology allows us to achieve high quality at an affordable price.

We highly recommend pairing it with a sake cup with the same design.
We also have a collection of other fun auspicious patterns, so be sure to check them out as well.
